Programming
Beginning with ideation and programing I work to understand their needs and what story they want to tell. The programming documents help to guide the design decisions made in the design development phase

Design Development
All decisions made in the design development made are checked against the programming documents to ensure the purpose and story are not lost through design but purposefully enhanced

Construction Documents
I have years of experience creating detailed construction documents for bidding, permitting and construction. As a project manager I manage and coordinate all consultant drawings and details to ensure each project is completed on time and in budget with minimal conflicts

Construction Administration
I take pride in making sure each project is completed with the original design intent and items are not lost through the construction process. I have successfully managed trades, submittals, change order directive, RFI’s and ASIs, as I help guide clients through the construction process and seeing their ideas and stories take form
